Modóri's Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all customers.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, worn, or show signs of use.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the best option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

Before Items Ship
If your order is still being processed and hasn’t yet been shipped or fulfilled yet, you’re welcome to contact us for a full refund. To request a cancellation or start a return, reach out to our support team by emailing us at contact@shopmodori.com. For a faster response, please include your order number or the name and email address used when placing your order.
If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
After Items Ship
Once your order has shipped or been fulfilled, we’re unable to process cancellations or issue refunds. We begin preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered "damaged" if it arrives broken or with a defect that affects its use. However, minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes or torn polymailers) with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@shopmodori.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damage. We will review your case and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note that we do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
If your item arrives damaged and qualifies for a refund, please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order quickly, some delays may occur that are outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or unexpected issues during transit. If you experience a delay, please contact the courier directly for updates and assistance.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately. If we are not notified within a few hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee any corrections, and you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
