Order Processing Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. During heavy order volume our processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the transit time after it has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location and external factors.

🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days
🌍 International: 12–20 business days

Please note that during holidays and peak periods, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Additionally, international orders may experience unexpected customs delays that can extend delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If there is a system-detected issue with your address, our team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at contact@shopmodori.com within 24 hours of placing your order and provide us with your name and order number. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after this period.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Transportation or logistics disruptions
  • Customs processing delays for international orders

If any issues arise that may cause a delay, such as product availability or payment verification, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that Modóri is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date but will always provide updates on your order status and assist you in any way we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control.

If your package is lost or stolen, please email us at contact@shopmodori with your name and order number, and we will do our best to assist you. We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details to process your request.

We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide updates. While Modóri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, we will do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If your package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report for additional documentation.
